yes, it is possible but not recommended as you will more than likely be buying new shocks after the sleeves are installed and you go lower.

if you cant pay your shouldnt play. its like having one leg and trying to play kick ball....shouldnt happen

yea i gotta admit with homeless... unfortunately i ran on factory struts with skunk 2 coilovers to try and save some cash... it was fine at the beginning but the bounce was horrible... I went ahead and purchased the tokicos much better ride!!!

you can, just expect to dish out for coilovers once they blow... i have a friend who's been on GC's and stock shocks for over a year and it still rides good.

i recommend koni's once you go with shocks

do it right the first time. save the risks from messing up your tie rods. whats the point of having a slammed car when its gonna be bouncy?

you can run ground control on stock struts, i set them as low as you can set them without cutting the perch, i had around 70K miles on my em2 when i put on GC's and my milage now is about 116K, so thats 35K+ miles on stock struts, still feels about the same when i put them on, but the thing is its bouncy and im getting annoy of it, so if you dont mind bouncy go for it, if not buy some coilovers or koni/gc, do it right, i should of done it, my 2 cents

do what you want but you see it jus follows the stereotype..."oh a slammed honda...proly rides like ****!" its sounds corny but its so much harder for guys like me, recaroEM2, Toyomatt, Fventura to make our cars nice when u see all the people that do **** half assed around me (and everywhere). its jus seen as "another honda" yours will seem the same way. if u do **** right you will be happier and gain a lil respect.

i laugh so hard when i see these little puddle jumpers who cut thier springs to the max or jus get "coils" and max them out and they arent even as low as i am and the car rides like it has no shocks in it OR a 83 crown victoria wagon thats all clapped out.

so do it right...or dont do it at all.

for now if you dont have the $$ or you have one leg, sit back and save....or just keep score and imagine what it would be like to kick a home run!

the social stigma of people with lowered hondas doing it halfed *** comes from people like you. Ive gone from G/C and Konis to Tein SS-P's and still have people asking what "lowering springs" i have. Do it the right way and save the yourself (and us) the trouble of you not only endangering people on the roads and yourself along with feeding into the "i just want a slammed ride for cheap since im in a honda" stereotype.

well put and bravo.

to say "i can get the money for the real **** but i just wana try to see if its possible" (the wrong and cheap way) is just asinine. if you had the money you wouldnt be on here asking for a half assed solution.

i think it makes my car cuter when people put shitty stuff on their cars, it's not my car, i can only give advice, but at the end, it's their car they are driving, not mine
