Default 1990 accord 30PSI on cylinder 3

My accord wasn't firing on cylinder 3. so i replaced the plugs and wires.
it has a brand new distributor on it. i checked spark to the cylinder and
it was good. Finally i pressure tested the cylinder and it only showed 30psi.
I also checked cylinder 2 and that read a little over 150 psi.
I'm going to pull the valve cover off tomorrow to check the valves.
somebody told me it could be a blown head gasket.
anything else i should check out on the motor that could cause this?
