Default Need help with '93 Accord idleing too high.

my wife's '93 Accord LXA is idleing way too high. When the car is cold it runs fine but when NOT is reached at stoplights it will idle at 1400 RPMs, when it is in Park or Neutral it idles at 2500 RPMs. i tried cleaning the throttle body out to make sure there were no carbon deposits keeping the butterfly open, but that did not help. have any of you guys experienced this or know what the problem is?TIA

try cleaning your eacv valve. or your fast idle valve may be stuck.
