Lowering a 89 integra?
So ive been seaching and seaching on Trying to lower my friends 89 integra it has springs in the Rear but Torsion Bars in the Front. Can anyone Walk me through this?
If you only want a mild lowering, and don't need to increase the front spring rate, you can offset the torsion bar ends. You might need to file a groove into the end of the bar in the existing solid keyway. Use lowering springs in the back to balance it out.
Ask this in the suspension forum, and possibly in the "Classic Hondas" forum.

if you want a good drop, you're going to have the buy new torsion bars for the front. you can adjust he stock bars but then you're going to be riding like ****. as for the rear... any coilover or spring will work from newer civics or integras. good luck i wish i kept my flip light integra.
