Yes, I have read all previous posts, didnt find a solution

Drivers side auto seatbuckle is not working *90 integra rs* wont retract back and the dumby light is on in the guage cluster.

Retractable seatbuckle is stuck all the way forward, i can pull it back but the second i turn on the car it goes back forward...

I pulled the fuse so i could just plug in the seatbuckle after i pull it all the way back to avoid more tickets (3 so far)
But if you pull the fuse it just beeps the entire time and doesn't stop

Anyway to get rid of that beeping noise?

Yes, i have gone to acura and all 3 dealers near me refuse to fix it because they said it was 1,600$ and my car isnt worth fixing?? I do understand they have to fix it under law/warranty or w.e but i just want to do this the ghetto way and get it over with, idc if the seatbuckle wont restrain me in an accident i just want my seatbuckle to be on to avoid cops who think the wast belt isnt enough to avoid a ticket (hoffman estates, IL cops are THE WORST)
