ok i have a 94 ls swap in my civic and its got just a little over 100,000 miles on it, but the problem i having is at about 3 rpm it will sound like a whining noise and loses power, and wont go over 5 when im driving but at idle i can rev it up to redline. i got other opinions they say it has to do with my timing belt and the tensionor but i wanna make sure thats the problem before i take it apart please please let me know thanks guys!!
