Very relative question...

Tire size, wieght of vehicle etc...
I'm sure others with much more experience will chime in.

tell you the truth i see alot of guys with pro cars running omni but i swear by PIC 1piece coilovers , since i put them in the car has gone down nice. suspension wise im running the PIC, avid traction bars, skunk2 uper control arms, megan rear lowers.

I use GAB shocks not sure what model...but they are the red ones. (best shocks I have ever used) all around with Eibach springs all around.

whats the "best?" a double adjustable shock... which 99% of the stuff on the market is not. it gives u the ability to adjust the dampening and rebound with proper springs as opposed to sticking 600000lbs springs all the way around not letting the suspension truly do its job in the first place. strange engineering makes a double adjustable setup for honda's.
