Trying to research any information about the Type R rear performance rod. Couldn't really find any information about it at all (even with this site's great search engine) (sarcasm) What I really wanted to know is, is this bar under the rear paneling of the car? just bolted on or welded in.... I have never really payed attention to one in a Type R. and of course Pics and additional information are welcome.

BTW I am not talking about JDM rear upper strut bar.

its bolted in by two (12mm bolts part #93407-0802007).

On top. The panel has cutouts for where the bar bolts to the rear panel.
