The original owner swapped out his usdm front kit for a CL blitz conversion front kit due to the HUGE intercooler and down pipes. I have been looking around and I dont know what to replace the CL blitz with. I was looking at jdm but the intercooler is just so damn big that I dont think it would look right. What do you guys think I should do?

 

That's got to be the ugliest front end i've ever seen. Get the USDM front end, you should have no problem fitting that intercooler behind it. Good luck and burn that Cali front end

 

thanks, but the only thing that bothers me is it will cover the down pipes, haha i kinda like it showing..any more ideas

 

No one wants to see the intercooler pipes....but you can always get a bigger intercooler if all you're trying to do is floss.

What kinda sicko would do that to an ITR.

They are not 'Downpipes,' Downpipes are from the exhuast. and you only have one. What you are talking about are charge pipes. Your massive front mount is also way over kill, unless you are running like 70PSI, you will never need one that big.

But enuff flaming and back to the question at hand. I would go with the USDM front, like what was on it from the factory. You could always do some trimming on that bumper too. You know to accomodate your downpipes.

Any USDM or JDM OEM front would be better than whats on there. And either one would fit the intercooler and pipes with trimming. But if your dead set on a body kit the INGS+1 kit for the JDM front is pretty nasty.

oh trust me the car does have potential he spent 20K on engine work including the turbo..i just have to fix it where i want it to look

 

just to add on top of ^^^ its a 00" and 35,200 original miles and 10K on the rebuilt engine. I just hate how i have more work but of course its better that way.

 

jdm front and oem doors hinges

 

just took out the nasty bumper an hour ago...will buy the usdm front and oem hinges tomorrow

 

anything is better then that kit. Jdm or USDM wll look nice if you fab up a little you can make anything fit.

 

oem front end, door hinges, mirrors and sideskirts maybe?
