i've seen them on ebay its a box with two wires are the chips good for my 95 accord stock the only thing that is not is the headers to increase hp, i ve seen pictures of other honda that have a box with a on n off switch dont remember if its called venom 400 or something like that what is that for.

Woewa my friend, slow down. The "Venom 400" is different than the ebay "chip" you speak of. I dont know much about the Venom 400`s because I have never used one and dont know of a person who has. It seems to me that the 400 is a "piggy back" if you will. And the on and off button is so you can convert to the stock map with the push of a button for emmisions tests.

Like I said before the EBAY "chip" is !!worthless!!...........
