Can the engine get damaged from not receiving a valve adjustment? I havent done one w/ my motor, im not sure if i need to do it or not, what are the signs? I heard its best to do it when the engine is cold instead of hot. Does anyone know the valve adjustment specs for a 96 JDM ITR motor?

definately do it when its cold...like real cold or it'll mess up what you adjust. i don't think it'll kill the engine to not do it..but the engine will run so much better with it done trust me.
