Default New To The R Scene
Hey guys, I'd just like to introduce myself to the Type-R Boards. Im originally a SRT-4 enthusiest and owned one for 3 years, but the Dodge did not have the same feel as a Honda, does and seemed to be quite troublesome especially with the nortorious transmission problems that the SRT-4, been known to have. Don't get me wrong I loved the power that turbo produced from my SRT-4. Unfortunatetly, out of those 3 years I went through two transmission re-builds! So, I decided with great hesitation, to let my SRT-4 go in exchange for my new 2000 Integra Type-R (00-1427). Ive owned it for about a month now and loved every single moment of it!

Tight, 425 whp and 405 ftlb tq on 20 pounds and pump gas on my brothers SRT-4 stock clutch and no transmisson problems. That must be a fluke tranny. But welcome
