Default Omni Power Valvetrain users chime in!! Search not working

I tried searching but seems the search is down again.

I got a Omni Valvetrain. It seems lately his products have been frowned apon. his clutch cylinder and his coilovers and his sensors. ive heard alot of bad stuff about it

Now im a lil nervous about running his valvetrain. But i googled around and seen that some people say his is the same as rocket motor sports

Anyone clear any of this stuff up?

I knopw plenty of people using his stuff, never heard of a problem. I have personally only ran his clutch m.c., worked perfect. Waiting for a set of his coil overs for our crx.

I know that I've sold a few sets of the drag coil overs, and master cylinders with no complaints. I also have the MC on my DD and love it. I'm pretty sure that Tony1 runs or did run the coilovers as well. I can't speak to the valvetrain other than as a moderator in here, Forced Induction and All motor I haven't seen any merited complaints

Careful how high you rev it... We've had 2 sets of valves fail and destroy entire engines.

Had good luck with the suspension though!

you had the valves fail, or you had the valve springs fail?? I have the omni springs and retainers with stock valves to go with a roller rocker setup. I planned on revvvvvving it

We had the valves snap the stems. No issues with the ferrea though!

1 broken valve here. Head snapped right off, no contact. 1 destroyed motor.

I ran their valvesprings and retainers for over 40k miles over 3 years and numerous 9k+ rpms and they held up fine.

i have a good amount of customers who use them that i tune for and havent really seen any issues first hand. I will say if you are tryin to make big power and run big boost i would recommend shimming them to bring the pressure up as they are not that high of a spring pressure.

They are NOT the same as RM. I ran full Omnipower valvetrain on my old 1.8 LS/VTEC for about 20k, that was making about 210hp, and I didnt experience any problems.
