Default can i remove spray paint off unsanded hood?

I just got a del sol and the hood is supposed to be white but they spray painted it black, but when they sprayed it they didnt sand the hood at all. and now the black spray paint is starting to chip off. and i am wondering if it is possible to some how get the paint off so that i have my original white hood back without wrecking the white paint underneath? would a pressure washer work? thanks.

id attack it with a pressure washer or compressed air in the area's where its chipping. once all the paint is off. Claybar and wax or Buff it

i doubt you will get it all off, but you never know. try a grey scotch brite and stop as soon as you are through, wetsand and buff it out.
