Yes i know im not trying to go all out na but what just getting some feedback as to does the power look about right for what i have. I was reading other peoples threads and there were all getting 90 wheel hp with there stock b16a.
your graph looks about right for a stock b16a except for the fact that the numbers aren't SAE corrected. They would look better if you follow mar778c's advice.
My freak numbers surprised all in attendance (especially me)
I would think 125-130whp is about average for a B16 in decent shape...USDMs are weaker and dyno 5-10whp less on avg compared to similar JDM motors IMO

Lil low numbers if you ask me... even with a 1.5" exhaust pipe. The GSR cams are wrong for the B16 and you can see the belly after it picks up at 5700rpm or so ... you prolly have a knock sensor or O2 sensor CEL too as it could be pulling timing advance and running rich, respectively.
With the hundreds of NA cars that have been on my dyno, 99% of the time, the car makes more power on the second run than the first run.

Hm i will take that into consideration and try to get him to let me get a couple pulls in a row.
im suprised at 137 to the tire that it make 100 ft lbs. seems like they usually make about 97-98 when they are in the mid 130s....
when you go back, just unhook your exhaust from the header and yank it out of the way. i bet you gain 5-8whp.

Ok just got back from the dyno i ran open headers and use my home made velocity stack out of a lamp LOL! Here are the results. A before and after from last weeks dyno.
Last weeks dyno

Todays dyno.

As you can see im right at about 150whp. I gained 12hp and 6 torque. My power band and torque is more consitant. On my old chart you can see my peak torque was at 5,500 and from there went down. On my new chart it held up and was consitant all the way to 7,600.

i dont know why people dyno their cars with open headers? yes, it gives you more hp, but why...you're not gonna run open headers on the road. is it so you can think you have those hp but really when you're on the streets you dont have that much hp...anyways just my 2 cents.
good numbers tho...for a b16

I make more power than my friends b18 which has fullu built head/ valves, springs, retainers, stage 3 cams, ect. I make 16WHP more than him and im not even tuned.
Lol thats funny i bought a 1991 ef si with the b16 for 1600 and i fixed her all up, so in my eyes its a good deal.
