Default civic hatch $400 is this worth it???please look

there is a 1990 civic hatch with 195300 miles on it and being sold for $400 and does not run,it needs a new battery, and fuel pump or distributor.on the exterior it needs a new hood but that is all the major repair, the interior needs replaced but i will be fine without for a while is it worth the buy?

the pics are on page 11 of my cardomain profile please take a second and look

If it has decent rims and tires, thats worth half that. Scrap shell with a title would be another 200$ at least, If you don't need any of the parts then screw it.

I bought a 90 sedan for 300 and it was mint body minus a fender and needed a valve cover and engine needed to be cleaned and re-turbo'd
this car is beyond repair unless you got alot of money and time

i would definatly buy it.............i live in south dakota and you could never find a shell like that with out any rust i mean serously.... a hood....junk yard 25-50 bucks....you can find people all over the place parting out cars and pick up a full interior for 250-400 bucks.....do a little wiring and daily it.......after all that i know around here and you could sell that for about 1500 bucks after a little TLC.... juzt my .02

The only salvagable parts I see are the wheels. I'd pass.

I would pass on it.. Simply because, yeah its cheap for a car you could do something with, but with the amount of cash you would poor into this thing just getting it driveable yet alone running you could have bought something a little nicer... just saying..

I'd pay 200 tops, and then have a woods car. Put ATV tires on it with some cheap 30 dollar ebay coilovers. Raise it. Best 200 dollars you will ever spend, trust me!

not worth it at all. like, maybe 150. someone around my area was selling a DX with a moon roof and a bunch of other goodies. i could have had it for $400, but someone else got to him before i did. oh, it had no engine either. would have been my project car... **** i am pissed about that.

EDIT: Those rims could sell for a nice couple of bucks.

EDIT2: I change my mind. No rust, hoods are easy to find, interior is easy to find. get it for less than $400 though. talk them down to atleast $250.

EDIT3: The window is gnarly. Also, I have that same stereo in that last picture.
