cel need help

i threw a cel and im getting a rough idle and my car wont go past 3 grand..once i hit three grand she starts bucking like crazy..anyone know what up..

im gettin 8 lond blinks then 6 short blinks...what code is this

that's a code 86, which is ect (coolant temp sensor problem). however, this shouldn't be causing the symptoms you are talking about. what you are describing sounds like a knock sensor problem.
