yes, both cars use the same exhaust, assuming you're talking about the same body styles for both trim levels.

nice looking street style exhuast...itll sounds better if you keep the cat on the exhuast, if not u get this tin-y noise that sounds annoying at times at high RPM.

i think you will have to get it shortened a little, unless you use a gsr header or manifold.

That's only apply to 94-97 Integra GSR.

its 94-99 gsr thats different, 00-01 gsr is the same as all 98-01 LS and ITR

copied and pasted from A'PEXi's website
116-KH04 Integra 1994 - 1997 LS/ Type R 60mm; 100mm
116-KH03 Integra 1994 - 1999 GSR 60mm; 100mm

And as a side note, i have a 94 gsr with a WS2

It still won't fit.
You need an LS exhaust. Or a GSR exhaust from 00-01 unless you switch out the header and maybe the cat too.

no, just sayin lol.

If the ws2 is a good deal, just take it to the muffler shop and get them to put it on and shorten the pipe to fit (unless you know someone handy with a sawzall and a welder). I paid $315 for mine...def worth the money

Do you have a pic? Isn't it 4" the tip? Feels as though it would stick out like a sore thumb.

the tip is 3.93", but i think the quietness makes up for the bling of the muffler and tip.

The WS2 was a better choice for me bc of the quite tone, and being N1'd to death by my own cars and every car on the road with the N1 "jdm slant", and also they're noise as fawk!

heres and old thread with nothing but WS2's

Thanks for the reply, yeah I know the WS2 has a really nice sound to it, nothing to rice can ish. Just the fact that the cops over here are real hard asses... sound isn't even taken into consideration if the tip is that big...

my buddy also has one on a gsr del sol, the tip was cut off so its just the shiny muffler, and the "tip" is just the 2.3" part that comes off the muffler, about 1.5" long. Looks ok i guess, i didnt know it was a WS2 til he told me, looks kinda (stress kinda, lol) like a regular muffler thats shiny
