I've never had a problem with the car starting when its cold in the morning and has to idle a little higher about around 2kRPM's. But I'll drive around for at least 30 minutes park it. Then I'll come back in about 10 minutes, try starting the car, it will start, idle for about 4 seconds then die. I'll then keep turing the key, and after 3 or 4 turns it'll start again and idle perfectly... This problem seems to only happen once or twice a week of daily driving and I'm almost positive its the fuel pump and/or fuel filter. Common problem with these cars I've heard. Other than that, the car runs fine. Never had a problem with it shutting off while driving.
Hatch/trunk shocks/struts are blown and need to be replaced, it will not hold up the weight of the hatch anymore. I rarely have to open the hatch, but when I do I use a vice grip and it holds up the hatch just fine. You can purchase a set of brand new OEM hatch/trunk shocks/struts for just under $50.
The fenders need to be rolled to get rid of the rubbing when turning. Either that or replace it with different springs that don't drop the car as low. Still alright if left alone, but the rubbing noise can get a little annoying. It only seems to rub when turning at 20mph+ sharp turns, and the rub is a very light scratching rub.
