Default Ggsr shooting white smoke help please ??

Ok i have a GSR and it is shooting white smoke out of the exhaust. I also notice some liquid coming out of it too it looks almost like oil but i touch it and seems just like water but dark. Is this something that has happen to anyone else before ?? also i think it is caused by my headgasket. Anyone else think so and how bad do you think my motor is now ? is this something i should get a new motor for because it has coolant leaking into the motor which would cause the white smoke maybe ??? If it is the Head Gasket does anyone have a write up on how to change it ? Any help would be great to me.

thanks

white smoke= water, which would be from a bad headgasket.

Its def a head gasket, you'll need to flush your radiator because i'm sure it has oil in it. Pick up a Chilton's or Haynes' repair manual, it'll tell you how to do it step by step.
