I just bought a tower bar brace does anybody know how tight should the nuts be?

 

Hand tight should be fine, unless it has instructions that say different.

 

well i got it at a junk yard from another civic . thats why im asking ive never put one on my civic. so just tighten with my hands thats it? no torque wrench cause when loosen up those two nuts they where tight so i thought they should go back the same way
