I need to take out my stock radio in my 00 Integra GS-R and put my new radio in I just bought today, how do I get the stock radio out?

remove the four screws on the side of the arm rest and 2 screws that sit under the ebrake handle.

next remove the ashtray and remove the two screws that are behind that. then pull out the whole cig lighter assembly and unplug it and set it aside.

now you will find two screw that where behind that assembly remove those then farther up down low on both the passenger side and driver side there are screws that need to be removed now take and remove your shift **** both the armrest piece and shifter piece out and set it aside.

next get a stumpy phillips screw driver lay on the floor bored and at the far back bottom of the radio is either one or two screws remove those now it is time to pull the radio out
once you pull it out unplug it.

i would not cut the harness i would buy an adapter cause if you ever decide to sell it then you can put the stock radio back it

nice guys, I appreciate the help, but I figured it out. And yes I got a harness to connect to the old one, that way I didn't have to cut anything!
