WARNING: eBay headers suck @$$.
$52 header what can I lose? $52.
The mid-section (A-pipe) gasket wiggled a little bit so I opened it back up and applied Permatex Ultra Copper RTV gasket maker on the gasket itself. You can see where it came out on the sides when I put it back together.

But when I tried installing it on the car, the collector was a good 2½ inches away from the cat. There is no way it was going to fit and get a good seal. So I put on my stock manifold. It was a TunerPros header.
The End.

they are actually not too bad you just have to check the deminsions before you buy it.is your exhaust system all stock(besides the header)?if yes then the header was never going to bolt on to your cat without some work anyways.

It's for a D-series. I don't usually go cheap, I have a RS*R Exmag, Koni Yellows, H&R Race springs, Spoon shift ****, Skunk2 shifter, ES bushings, yadda yadda, actually that's about it.
But I'm broke as a joke in college right now and wanted cheap performance. Some people are like "OH YEAH WHAT A GREAT DEAL NO PROBLEMS!" So I took a chance. I put the thing on and said are you #@!%ing kidding me?
I've seen some eBay header that didn't fit that well but haven't ever seen one that didn't fit at all.

It is not uncommon to have to use an extension for the headers to fit. They are for more then one model , no?
A muffler shop will not charge that much to make it work.

If you have any iffy feelings about something you probably shouldnt be buying it...
However it wont be hard for you to fix. Put it on and sav it out and just drive it to your local exhaust shop and have them fab up a mid pipe between the flange and the cat and your good to go.
Most of the time **** like this never fits anyways, like testpipes etc... part of the game. hope for the best, expect the worst ( in some cases )

Lol everyone calm down. Take it to a muffler shop and have them throw a small pipe on there for like 20 bucks. 50 for the header, plus 20 for the pipe to make it work is still cheaper than a top dollar header. And they work fine. Unless your at around 300 or 400 HP your prolly not going to be able to tell the differance.
