93 civic cx, 200xxx + miles on car, around 60xxx on the d16z6 swap.

I've gone crazy for the last 3-4 months trying to figure out why my car is vibrating while driving, and now its getting near undrivable at highway speeds.

So far i've replace both tie rod ends, passenger side axle(cv boot was torn), got brand new tires balanced and alignment and rechecked for balance, got new exhaust hangers, removed exhaust heat shield, tested to see if wheel bearings, but wheel doesn't move, the 2 left and right top mounts are in good shape. still shaking.

any ideas?

 

are the wheels bent? how is the suspension? blown shocks/struts? springs sagging more on one side?

 

wheels are fine, tried rotating and using friends wheels,
suspension is only like 3 years old..skunk2 coilovers with tokico blue shocks

 

frame is probably twisted and the axle is hitting something while moving.

 

not a chance, i've owned the car 3 years and no accidents, this just in the last few month started to occur

i'm leaning toward it being a bad rear mount, something knocking internaly, or an exhaust problem
