im not getting anything blowing out on full heat i have a 1992 honda civic hatchback cx. whats my problem? is this my blower? the fuzes are all good the fuze tester isnt light up when i touch that fuze but when i put it in another spot that fuze works. it also sounds like it is working but im not getting any air comming out at all if you could help that would be sweet thanks

 

Wire battery power directly to the blower motor behind the glove box. If the blower doesn't run, then there's the problem.
