Who makes these foglight inserts for the 92-95 civic? where can i get em'?
Those look to be OEM honda inserts painted black. There are lots of good places on the net to get them, I like http://www.hondaautomotiveparts.com
You could also try junkyards, ebay, or the H-T classifieds.

i could be wrong, but i didnt think honda made stuff like that. where did you find that part # at?
The part should be listed @ hondaautomotiveparts.com (probally under accesories), the foglights were a dealer installed option, expect to pay at least 275 for the setup new (from the stealer or online).

There are both an OEM and an aftermarket part. I went to buy mine from Honda, but they no longer stocked them. Pilot and another manufacturer makes them as an aftermarket, OEM looking foglight kit.

i have them on my car...the look like the OEM version....its looks pretty good on there too. I will post a picture of what it looks like for you later...the bumper is off my car so it'll be just the bumper pix. As for the use of them on streets- they are pretty bright..works for me.
I wish I could get those lights but my FMIC does not let me.
You can find them on Ebay pretty cheap.
