Front of the car wobbles up and down when driving slow?
95 civic ex sedan.
Completely stock.
When I'm driving slow, about 5-10MPH, the front of the car wobbles up and down.. almost like I'm driving over a wide washboard.. it's not a rapid wobble.. it's just up.. then down.. slowly.
At other speeds, I feel no wobble.
I also notice if I drive it for a while, then get back down to 5-10mph.. there is no wobble.
Could this be due to a seized shock? Any other reasons this would happen?

It is one of two things. Either your front suspension bushings are bad from years of use, or your tires are out of balance. I doubt your tires are out of balance because it does not wobble at higher speeds. Sounds like a simple fix. To answer your question, no it is not because of a seized shock.
