Default Halo Projectors

I want to know if there is a major quality difference between namebrand halo projectors, and ebay ones. I found these http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/Honda...Q5fAccessories and I want to know what you guys think. I dont want to spend $300+ on headlights, but I love the halo w/ black housings.

Also, how difficult is it to install these? Is there a DIY write-up on these?

It all depends on what you want!!! If you dont care what brand they are. They arnt true JDM but yes they are halo, and black housing and will still work fine. You can install them yourself but it will defiantly take a few hours if you've never done before.

Quality varies greatly with regards to these aftermarlet projector type lamps. There is some real crap out there.
there are only two aftermarket units out the I'd be comfortable with (and are 50 state legal.
JDM Black Housing Stanley units (Conventional)
or the
TYC Projector
Both US DOT Approved

If you nail the feet of the seller to the floor, eventually you'll get the answer you need on the other ones:
"Intended for Off-Road Use Only" ... in other words "show"

I've seen a few cases in which the owner can't even see at night due to these things. If it's a daily driver, personally, I wouldn't mess with them.

Ya I think they are what like H2 bulbs??.. So small and weak, lol. I had to change mine out years ago when I first bought my accord from someone.

i had them on my accord (same exact ones like you posted) and i had to wire them to the harness instead of them being a plug and play.
When i would drive at night they would light up the sky instead of the road and there is no way you can adjust them.
I also put some stronger halogen bulbs which were 55w just like stock, since the ones it comes with are super weak , and what do you know. the bulns melted the headlights.
