Decal Stickers...
Damn dude...
All that is needed to be done is these simple steps...
1.) Clean the car surface well with Window Cleaner (this will strip wax too).
2.) Make sure that no residue, dirt, or cloth/paper towel is left behind.
3.) Grab a Squeegee, Photo ID, or Credit card to smooth out the decal.
4.) Peel off the WHITE backing paper.
5.) Position sticker where you want it starting with one side of the long part.
6.) Work your way SLOWLY to the other side of the sticker while pressing the sticker on and any bubbles out with the Card or Squeegee.
7.) After the entire sticker is flat on the car rub lightly with your hand over the sticker.
8.) Pull off the "clear white" protective paper slowly to insure no part of the sticker is getting pulled up with the paper.
9.) Pat yourself on the back because you just installed some Ricer Stickers.

I bought those same stickers when I had my old 2000 Civic SI repainted. They stuck just fine for me. You must have gotten ripped off then. IS the decal actually tacky on the back or is it a static cling type decal?
ive found sometimes if the stickers a lil older it seems to lose its stickyness if that makes sense lol, all u should have to do is pull off the back as stated before and place on, make sure theres no air bubbles then peel off the protective film

i have the sohc vtec.they went on very easily..maybe you had wax or something on your panel that made the sticker not stick.just get sum more and try it again.its very easy..
Flip the decal on its face, and peel the wax paper from the decal. If the decal still sticks to the the wax paper you can push it back down on to the tranfer tape. Also, before peeling, rub the or squeegee the back of the decal. Helps it stick to the transfer better.
And you need patience. I can cut 2 more if you need/want them again. LMK
