h22 head on f20?

I have a f20 in my accord sir-t and im wondering if the h22 head will fit on the f20 block?
or anyone know if the f20 intake/exhaust manifolds can work on a h22?

Doesn't the F20B in the Accord SiR-T come with an H22A head??
Also dont they have the Type S Cams and the Euro R style single runner intake plenum?

that's a negative the f20b head has smaller intake and exhaust valves.
