Wrong forum (unless the FS/WTT at the top of the page) and a hideous car.
Way to waste 30K, you'll be lucky to get $6k for it.
I spent half that and had 404whp and an extremely clean JDM look to show for my money (still not money well-spent, believe me). Not a heap of retina-burning rice.

Mike, I applaud your effort but you've fallen into the same trap that we all do.
The Trap???
The more you personallize a car (or anything for that matter) the more you limit the customer count that would want it.
And why not?
The time, effort and expense you put into it was (In Effect) a personal statement of how you pictured yourself. It may have started as a project etc. And it may not fit the ideal of what someone else might envivion themselves driving.
You're looking to sell it for one of three purposes.
You've done all you want to with it.
You need the cash
You're ready to do another one.
You're up against this:
A Dealer wouldn't touch it; having to warranty it IF they were to sell it.
You've certainly eliminated the "Cup Holder & Tissue Dispenser" crown from the buyer's pool.
Why would another Motorhead want to buy it? He (or She) wants to make their own statement.
Certainly I would want to start with a 'blank Slate'

Too much Rice for me. I agree with P_Adams, the buyers market for a built car like yours is slim pick'ns. I think you should post up some better pics that show why it won an award. Because from the two that you posted I don't see anything award winning more like slap on Rice-A-Roni body kit and a bolt on light kit.

Oh dont be bothered by the comments. Everybody hates something and everybody wants JDM @ the moment. Soon JDM will be to common and boring.
Plus assuming you did this in the early 2000 era it does fit its time period. People just tend to not think about those factors.
I would say throw it on eBay w/ whatever reserve you find right. If it doesn't sell I would suggest putting the OEM bumper cover or a less extreme front body kit on.
