depin plugs for ecu at b and c. Please look!

depin plugs for ecu at b and c. Please look!
Please help, i am wireing my mpfi and i need to know how to pull the wires out at the b and c (two black ones) connecters that plug into the ecu. i have the two white pieces out of the plugs.now do i just yank?

you gotta use a sewing needle or a SMALL jewelry screwdriver. gotta go in from the middle of the front of the plug (under each set of pins) and pull down for the top wires and push up for the bottom one's
