Default OBD-1 dizzy wont fit???

OK I am getting everything ready for the OBD-1 conversion. Have stuff gathered up and thought what the hell lets make sure this dizzy fits;( Get it close WTF.
Bolt holes dont line up perfectly, and it will not rotate (for ignition timing). The vtec noid will not allow it to turn any further.
The dizzy I bought brand new to do this is a TD-42u. My B16 head is off an 2000 SI. Is this why it wont fit? If it is what OBD-1 dizzy do I need? DAMN IT. LOL

I believe you have the wrong dizzy but I have seen people shave down the legs or cut them off to make it fit
Although I personally wouldn't do it because it may cause oil to leak out since it wouldn't properly fit on and seal the opening properly
