Alright, well I live in Pittsburgh, PA and we have to get inspections and emissions every year, and well mine is coming up and I was wondering if a turbo car will pass? I drive a 95' civic coupe with a turbo d16z6. What do you guys do for inspections and emissions? any help is greatly appreciated.

 

It's easy for you, the car just needs to be tuned well and you need a cat. Should pass no problem that way.

 

yeah i have passed my turbo gsr through MD emissions tuned on uberdata with a cat. havent tried my lsvtec with no cat yet, i might see if i can get away with it.
