how high are you revving your H22

~8300 in racing situations. I just took some measurements with a bore gauge to check for roundness and i just bought a couple micrometers so i can buy some new bearings but when i get some more info, i will post up about it. This certain block saw 8300 quite a few times and the wear patterns on the bearings sure dont show it taking any abuse.
And for the h2b peeps, who are running a b16 tranny... on the strip are you guys comming out of 4th gear at the end??
i will have 23x8x13 slicks and i don't know if i'll be ok!! i really don't want to shove it in 5th gear at the track!!

9700 . . . ..
Oh wait that was a mis shift . . . oops . .
8100 on a stock h22
9100 on a 90x102 build. . .
Although most H series builds I see dont make power much past 8500 anyways

I'll do the rod roundness when i get a chance. I bought a couple mics the other day and im waiting for them to come in so i can measure everything for bearings. Back-up blocks ftw

what type of arp bolts are u guys using for the h22/f22 crank and rods. B/c i got some arp gsr rod bolts and they cam up short. I only had 4 threads for the lock nut.
Since 2003, (same stock jdm, shaved head, motor I have had in 3 street/strip cars) The limiter has been set @ 8175, I shift one nut hair before the soft limiter hits. But she only makes power til 7700 and some change.
This season I'll be testing out a few 8300 (with like a 8310 rev limit) shifts as I think I can get ~ .30 knocked off my 1/4 with a later shift.
