you have type r valve springs?

 

all the same. differences are in the years. 96-98 itr cams are the same. 00-01 itr cams are better by 3 degrees. which makes alot of difference in power. 00-01 cams are also the same as ctr cams. dont really need the itr springs to run them if you're gonna throw them in a gsr. also, getting both cams would benefit you more. i've seen a couple of itr exhaust cams for sale so definetly pick this up if its the real thing.
