Default Kevin's General Maintenance on the almost 20 year Grease Monkey Crx

(this is all on the b16/rex)

approaching 100k on the motor/suspension (koni-yellow/ground control)
200k on the chasis
no AC or PS , that sh its for girls
back half is gutted (wish it wasn't)

I was making a list of things to fix...repair...replace... at work today, b/c its slow as hell for some reason.

These are done...
- Timing Belt / water pump / Alternator Belt (Feb. 09)
- Adjust the Valves (Feb. 09)
- Replace Tie Rods, inner/outer (Jan . 09)
- Oil Change / Filter (Feb. 09)
- Valve Cover Gasket/seal (Jan . 09)
- Vtec solenoid gasket (Jan . 09)
- Fuel Filter (Nov. 08)
- Spark-plugs (Nov. 08)
- dizzy was changed prob in 04 or 05 when it went out
- brake booster was replaced prob 06 or 07 when it went out
- tranny fluid, was changed maybe early 07

Not aware of any oil leaks to date.

To-Do
- New Axel still - its getting me by, that's all
- Tighten up the Shifter
- Patch Driver Seat Tears that are appearing
- I want to move my battery back to the front of the car to tell you the truth - where can i get those sweet little battery relocation holders
- hmm suppose i could wash it :D
- hood doens't close flush
- leak in trunk, prob seal on trunk
- door handle

Maybe's or Coming Soon
- Clutch feels fine
- Brakes feel fine, but are prob. coming up
- every so often 3rd will crunch depending when i shift, trannies fine

Any suggestions are welcome, the goal I suppose would be to make the car last another 10 years :D haha

When you replaced the timing belt, you should've done the front main seal.
When you do the clutch, replace the rear main seal.
Replace the headgasket
IM and EM gaskets
If you want to get a little more serious, take off the oil pan and whatnot and replace the connecting rod bearings, crank is upto you as for that you need to actually take the crank out.
And the oil pan gasket before you put it back on.
There's my 2 cents.
