97' civic ex cruise control and horn aren't working.
I just bought this civic (5 speed) and the cruise control and horn do not work.
BUT!
Someone put a button next to the mirror adjust button that is the horn.
So I know its not a fuse, anyone know what it could be?

your clock spring is likely damaged that is the connector that is for the srs and horn it commonly fails over time.you have to remove the steering wheel to get to it
