Beside the Honda stamp they pretty much the same. Unless if you get the fiberglass replica then the material is different.

they're pretty much the same. OEM has the stamp, OEM doesn't have LED's. and spoiler depot is a good palce to get a replica.

awesome price. usually its 150 and up for oem wings. anyways got mine from ebay for 100 and everything lined up rite. i think it was the replica one. but i bought it from a guy who had a shop so not really ebay.

i think theres a height difference. mine looked shorter than oem ones. maybe its just me but didnt look high enough but all holes lined up.

Spoilerdepot makes a damn fine replica. Mine came with an LED brakelight, I'm kind of glad too because you need three brakelights to be legal.

yeah i wouldn't recommend getting anything that's massed produced and is really cheap i.e. ebay. just because of the fact that the fitment is never on point even if the seller has good ratings, those are from people that really don't know jack about it and just slap it on when they get it or don't realize they're spending more at the body shop to get it to fit.

Unless the wing is produced by a reputible company i would nvr buy a aftermarket wing. A lot of knockoffs are cheap, ie. poor molds low quaility fiberglass fitment issues cheap paint that doesnt match. OEM is quality, it fits rite and lasts. OEM is a garuntee

the worst part about ebay wings is that you can not see them. i've heard stories about the holes not lining up. wavy molds. i mean real deal breakers. i have no idea what mine is but it has honda molded into it on the bottom by the mount. thing fits great. i know my front lip is an ebay knock off but it also fits really well. the only difference is it's not quite the same look as OE. see the lip thread for an example

To be US legal, you need the 3rd brake light.

A stock ITR doesn't have it in the wing, because its in the back window. For a non-GSR, leave the existing center brake light and you can legally install a wing with no light.

If you have a GSR, which lacks the brake light in the window, you need to keep some form of center brake light when removing/changing the stock spoiler.

As with all things car related, illegal, and will be pulled over and ticketed for it, are not necessarily the same.
