white smoke outta exhaust
defenetly the head gasket if.Specially if you are burning alot oil..Get behing the car and smell..Head gasket has a distinct smell.Kinda like coolant..
alright update. my car's white/blue smoke smells like gases, and my coolant is still full... any other further advice on diagnosing this problem. My compression is 210 and above in all cylinders. I am also leaking oil from the head underneath by the distributor.

With white smoke coming out of exhaust check for a sweet smell within the exhaust fumes. If the exhaust has that sweet smell to it then you do have a problem with antifreeze entering the engine. It dosn't take much antifreeze to make the white smoke. Cause could be headgasket, warped cylinder head or even a cracked cylinder head.
i just went through the same things with my gsr motor white smoke billowing out the back. when you start or even rev the motor up if you have small amounts of oil shooting out the exhaust then its something internally, rings bearings etc... if not then most likely a headgasket
White smoke = head gasket
blueish/white = oil
If you don't have coolant in your oil then your head gasket is probably fine. Plus you would notice overheating problems.
Do a leak down test. Since compression is good I suspect there is a problem in the head. valve seals...guides...etc.
