JB Weld is pretty good stuff and if you clean the surface real good, [no dirt, paint or moisture] use proper portions, [equal amounts] and mix well in room temperature and apply on rad that is also at room temperature and let sit, at room temperature, for 24 hr, it will hold . 94
PS, how long it will hold will depend on how well you do the job, however it is not a permanent repair and it will fail, your trying to fix something that vibrates, switches between real cold and real hot, [expanding and contracting] is under pressure and has moisture, [hot moisture under pressure with vibration] if it holds for 6 mo. your doing good, if it holds for a year, run out and buy lottery tickets before your luck runs out.
