Radiator fan wont come on (searched)

Radiator fan wont come on (searched)
Hey guys.
its a B16A2 engine.
i searched for a solution but couldnt find one...
i used AEM to monitor the temp , and coolant temp got to 102C
AEM says Rad Fan = ON
but rad fan is not...
i bridged the 2 terminals on the Rad fan switch connector (sitting on thermostat)

should i replace the thermostat? is it related?
i'm lost and have no idea what i'm supposed to do...
moreover , i'm short on time , on Monday i scheduled for my turbo kit being assembled.

replace the fan switch if you hooked up 12 volts to fan and it came on the fan motor is good so its not getting 12 volts prolly gonna be fan switch
