I believe this header has supported in excess of 235whp on Vteckidds personal 2.0l setup.

Setup and Dyno #'s will depend on your engine build, not just the headers.

Chances are the WS2 will kill any power gains you have made with the RMF header over a simple ITR style header.

Ya know, I've always wondered what the term: "Fully Built" means? People use that god damned term all the time to describe their motor and it absolutely annoys the **** out of me. So you have cams, a ported head and a sleeved block. Is it "fully built?" No. There is ALWAYS room for improvement. So until it is not possible to get another 5 BHP out of your engine, do not call it "fully built."

Well my setup is
Head:
B16 full race port head
5 angle job
Skunk2 Valve springs and retainers
Ferrera valves
Skunk 2 pro 2 cams
Skunk 2 Pro Mani & 70mm
Rc 370 injector
B&m regulator and gauge
Endyn Breather kit

Block
84mm b20 block
Honed fresh
12:5 1 Cp pistons
Eagle rods arp rod bolts
Golden eagle head gasket
Micro polished and balance b20 crank

And using the rmf narrow reps on this setup was goin to do @ 3" str8 pipe all the way back to the ws2 cuttin the piping of the Ws2 3" everthing all opinion will be helpful

My setup was

B20 BLock
CP Pistons
Eagle Rods
PRO3s
DFE Ported head
AEBS Intake Manifold
Skunk2 70mm TB
12:1 compression

237whp/159TQ

Of course, not all engines are the same and DonF built my motor (hes worth an extra 10whp if he breathes on it or if Turbo howls when its on the engine dyno)

On Pr0Hondas motor, the Replicas made around 230whp (donF can give exact numbers)

i ran a 2.5in exhaust on mine, i think 3in is still overkill and have seen no evidence that its "better"

dude you are asking a VERY Vague question no one is going to have the answer too.

the WS is a chambered muffler, not straight through IIRC. IF you run a straight 2.5in pipe to the WS, if it loses power, it wont be enough for you to notice.

I mean do you really care to test out different mufflers to see the 1-3whp difference?

I had a magnaflow oval muffler on my car, and between open header and the exhaust it was a difference of 1whp.

like i said, it wont be a big enough difference for you to care

3" always!

Evidence: Fat girl on roller blades trying to make it up a hill ...Solution, slammed a 3" pipe in her *** and she caught air over that f*cker.

any car we have ever dynoed 2.5 versus 3in the gains were marginal at best.

my car made 237whp open header and 236whp with a 2.5in exhaust.

never saw a reason to go to a 3in, i dont think bigger is "better''

EDIT: Thats a K Series, totally different animal than the B. Sure disp is disp, but they have the whole cam angle thing, and they flow alot more air than the B Does

The mis-conception that will not die.

They are both 4 cylinder 4-stroke engines that operate according to the same IC engine principles. Cam phasing will allow you to produce more power throughout the power band but it is not as if that amended the rules for IC engines.

I know this is cliche' but air flow past the collector is a restriction in the case of a 4-cylinder engine. Exhaust pulses line up the same past the collector without regard.
