Default 2nd gen mitsu t25 on b16...

What kind of power should i expect with the 2nd gen dsm t25 turbo internally wastegated at 8psi on my b16?
I dont care if it runs out of breath at around 7000rpms its my dd and i hardly ever take it that high, i just want around 220whp and quick spool.
Would i have any space issues i wanna keep a/c and p/s? Im gonna use a log manifold.
Could i use the 1st gen 390cc dsm injectors? Or should i just get precision 370cc injectors?

itll be difficult to keep ac and Ps due to the turbine configuration but it can be done

you can use 390CC injectors off the dsm but youll need a resistor box

that turbo might put out 210 on full tilt 220 is possible but pushing it

Your using a DSM turbo Might as well get the DSM injectors... wideband and tune it.. should be fun!

Some logs exist where the flange is pushed far to the passenger side to allow for AC & PS. For your power goals a 50trim ".42/.48" may be a better turbo, and easier to find a manifold for it. It would spool quick, and make more power even with the .48ar housing.

In my opinion, for 210whp a JRSC supercharger might be easier and more fun, and perhaps even cheaper.. unless you do a junkyard T25 setup. Should be decent either way

Thanks dude. I was just gonna use the t25(cheap) for now until i can get my ls block built with forged internals. My next turbo will probably be the garrett 50 trim 63 a/r($500+).

I know a guy who put his brothers stock eclipse set up on his ZC motor i believe.. well it was either a ZC or a stock ls... i think he said it made like 205whp.. i drove it.. i was shocked.. lol.. it pooped on my all motor ls set up and i put way more money into my set up... but then again my set up was suppose to be a all motor lsvtec set up but the machine shop screwed me out of 630 dollars so.. i was stuck with an all motor ls.. did beat a few GSR's though but with the exception of that.. i hated my all motor ls

it ran a 14.9 i think.. thats it... wasnt even worth trying to run anyone.. waste of time and money

I know this is completely off subject for this part...do you mean stock na LS motor? or all motor as in built? because if it's built..you only dropped a tenth in the 1/4 mile from a stock LS?

As far as the mitsu turbo goes you will def have good spool time and bottom end but you will notice the turbo fall off towards the top end. I have a .48 ex .60 comp on my b16 right now and i can definatly tell the power leaking off around 6.5 - 7k.
