Default ITR vs skunk2 valve springs and retainers

Whats the difference in the ITR valve springs and retainers and the skunk2 ones? Looking to buy some but dont understand what the difference is.

Honda OEM. Aftermarket. Spring rates. Materials used to make.

What would the benefits be to go with the skunk2 over the ITRs? this is for a b18c1 starting to build it for all motor.

Well, you know what they say great minds think alike.

Now back to the question, from what I gather skunk2 base there designs off OEM parts and makes them a bit different if thats true then the skunk2 would be better then the ITR valve train. But I just want to know why chosse one over the other?
