89 crx 4 wheel disc???
i have an 89 crx si and want to do a 4 wheel disc brake conversion from a 90 integra.
i have some of the parts from the teg and i need to kno wat else i need to finish the conversion..
so far i have:
-front spindel, rotor, caliper
-rear spindel, trailer arm, rotor, brake caliper
so my questions are:
-will i need to upgrade my brake lines to teg or can i keep mine crx brakes lines?
-can i still use my stock crx shocks/struts or do i have to upgrade it to teg shocks/struts?
i dunno if im missin anything else but if i am u can put in ur 2 cents in..thankss

When i did it on my 89 si hatch i just used everthing off of the 90 2dr teg i had that was smashed. Use the rear ruber brake lines, distribustion block near the passenger side strut tower,(should be staped 40/40) the trailing arms and e-brake cables.. I had to use the civic toe adjuster cause the teg one is longer and will cause a bad toe out problem.
Also use a bigger master cylinder, I used the booster and cylinder assembly off of the teg but it is a pain to get up under the dash for one of the pins for the brake pedale.
I had an h22 in it with home made itb's so i had all kinds of room so i dont know about clearence on anything else.. i know if you use a stock h22 intake mani it will hit the iat sensor..

unless you use different lca such as the 88 crx youd also have to use the matching shocks too. 88 crx has type r style lca and 90 has their own style
