Default daily flywheel

hey there, i getting ready to buy a flywheel for my D16Y8 and i wanted to know which will be best for a daily car. 7 or 10lbs???

driveability would go to **** if you got one of those, just stick with oem.

Could someone who has a lightened flywheel please post a vid? I have never actually seen or noticed what cars with lightened flywheels are like. Maybe some short vid of parked revving? It will probably also help the OP have a better idea of what he wants.

i have a ACT streetlite on my gsr swap and its ok for DD but that's as light as i would go for DD.
