Hey everyone, my wife has a 99 accord V6 that is throwing code P1298. I have found out that it is an ELD sensor. Could someone please tell me the location of this sensor since I cannot find anything online, also on how much the sensor is and how hard it would be to replace. Thanks in advance for the help.

 

The ELD is in the underhood fuse/relay box. I don't believe Honda sells the ELD as a separate part for the 6th gen Accord. Here is a TSB regarding the ELD, your 99 Accord V6 uses a different fuse/relay box part number, and a link to another thread.
