I went to the Honda Dealership earlier last week to see if I can buy a new dash harness and engine harness for my 88 CRX Si. Unfortunately, U.S. Honda no longer supplies the wiring harnesses (according to the guy at the parts store).

So I called up Randy over at T&T Honda Canada and asked him if Honda Canada sells the engine and dash harness for an 88 CRX Si. He said yes! But he also said that he's not sure that the Canada Honda CRX wire harnesses will work on a USDM CRX.

So basically my question is:

Are "Candian" 88 CRX Si wiring harnesses interchangeable with "U.S." 88 CRX Si wiring harnesses?

I would say with 99.9% certainty that it would be exactly the same. Im a canuck btw, Ive used alot of Pin-outs and Diagrams obviously made in the US, that match up to Canadian counterparts.

On another note, have you never heard of junkyard? Your gonna get raped buying an new oem harness

 

From what i know the engine harness's here in Canada are disscontinued for ef's
