What are common problems of 02 V6 Accord?
LoL, don't we know it.
Common problems include:
- bad transmissions; at 134k it is no longer covered under the extended transmission warranty
- EGR ports clogging
- catalytic converter failure - and these cars don't take too well to aftermarket cats; a non-OE cat usually only lasts about a year, while an OE cat lasts a long time but costs nearly $900
- rotary air control valve causing the idle to surge up and down
Other than that, there isn't much specific to the V6. You'll have your problems that are common to all '98-02 Accords, like fuel vent shut off valve failure, front ball joints, sway bar links & bushings, etc. etc.

OPDS also has a tendency to mess up on the newer ones.
V6 alt usually don't make it much past 100K...but that is a simple fix, extend the wires and install a CLS alt.....

Transmissions
EGR failure and clogged ports
Alternators
Catalytic converters (go OEM)
Engine mounts
Those are the big ones other than that they are really good cars.

Check the coolant level in the radiator first to make sure it is full. Add as necessary.
If the coolant level is okay, then the problem is a bad rotary air control valve on the throttle body (the part that has coolant lines running into it). It will sometimes throw a code P0505.
